Zicam….?
I know the nasal spray has cause anosmia (loss of smell) in some people. Have the disolveable tabs caused anything like this? Loss of taste or smell?
I started to have sinus drip today so I bought some and used one today would I have seen it by now?

You’ve asked the right person I have never heard that Zicam prevents colds. What it does, is it makes the cold *very very* short. If you take it at the first sign of cold sypmtoms, then take it every 3 hours until your cold is gone, then you’ll have a 3 maybe 4 day cold!!! I have taken Zicam for every cold I get. It has never failed.

It helps to get the spray-in-your-mouth kind. That’s what I use

Did Zicam work for you in preventing a cold?
I have a sore throat. It feels just like the one did a month ago when I was sick for two weeks. I took Zicam tablets a few months back, but they didn’t really work for me. I can’t be sick right now. Wondering if anyone’s used it, and what they recommend. Thanks.

Zicam is helpful in cutting the cold duration. It kept mine in check and almost made it disappear entirely overnight.

It rates 3.5 stars out of 5 at NutritionalTree (http://www.nutritionaltree.com/reviews/allergy-immune/nasal-sprays/zicam_cold-remedy-homeopathic-nasal-gel-pump.aspx). You can read the reviews–apparently it does work once you have a cold.

zicam will probably greatly reduce the sererity and legnth of the cold you can also supplement vitimanc to help fight it and garlic gel caps garlic is a natural antibotic like supplement amoung many other uses. Good luck

Bronchitis isn't going to form from a cold. Just drink a ton of water and vitamin C. Bronchitis and pneumonia are way different from the common cold.
